To create a fenced in, off leash dog park where well behaved canine citizens can exercise in a clean, safe environment without endangering people, property, other dog or wildlife. To maintain a respectful, enlightened co-existence with other park users through the proper supervision and appropriate conduct of dogs off leash.
To view the park as a community project in partnership with the Town of Bethel that is designed to satisfy the needs of dog owners and non dog owners alike through the promotion of education, training and recreational activities that facilitate responsible dog ownership and encourage community/member involvement.

About the Dog Park
Dog Bandanas Fundraiser
- Use at your own risk.
- Dogs only, no other animals
- Owners are legally responsible for their dog
- Dogs must be vaccinated and licensed
- Dogs must be leased while entering and exiting the park
- Owners must be with their dogs at all times
- Dog handlers must be at least 16 years of age
- Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately
- Children under age of 13 must be with an adult at all times
- Any dog showing aggression towards another dog or people must be removed immediately.
- Dogs must be trained and under voice control
- No glass, no smoking, no human or dog food/treats, no glass containers, no sick dogs, no dogs in heat.
